Governor-General visits the Temora Agricultural Research Station

On the second day of a visit to Temora, the Governor-General marked the 100th anniversary of the Temora Research Station, which provides agricultural information to communities throughout southern New South Wales.

Ms Bryce and Mr Michael Bryce were escorted around the 640 hectare property by CEO of FarmLink, Mr Jon Cobden, and Secretary of the Agricultural Bureau, Mr Michael Sinclair, and viewed research plots including canola.

Later, Ms Bryce unveiled a plaque to commemorate 100 years of research at the facility and its re-naming as the Temora Agricultural Innovation Centre.
