Orygen Youth Health; 70th Anniversary of the Battle of Kokoda

On Wednesday 8 August 2012, at the Orygen Youth Health Research Centre, Parkville, the Governor-General, Ms Quentin Bryce AC CVO, as guest of the Executive Director, Professor Patrick McGorry AO, officially launched the Orygen Youth Health Family Peer Support Manual, and met with staff and clients.

Afterwards, at the Shrine of Remembrance, Melbourne, the Governor-General, as guest of the President of the 39th Australian Infantry Battalion Association, Mr Norman Stockdale, gave the key note address at the 70th Anniversary of the Battle of Kokoda Commemorative Service, and laid a wreath.
