Governor-General honours work of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders in preserving Indigenous languages

The Governor-General and Mr Michael Bryce hosted a lunch in honour of the work of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders in preserving Indigenous languages at Government House in Canberra.

Lunch guests also included representatives from the inaugural 2012 National Indigenous Youth Parliament and the Department of Regional Australia, Local Government, Arts and Sport.
