On Wednesday 21 April 2010, at the Emirates Aviation College, Dubai, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, as guests of the Chief Executive of the Emirates Group and President of the Department of Civil Aviation, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, attended a graduation ceremony at which the Governor-General presented certificates to employees who received ground handling qualifications through remote learning at Edith Cowan University.
