On Monday 25 January 2010, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC received a farewell call from the Ambassador of the United Mexican States and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Her Excellency Mrs Martha Ortiz de Rosas, and Mr Jorge Carvajal.

In the evening, at Old Parliament House, Canberra, the Governor-General and Mr Bryce hosted a reception for delegates of the Annual Conference of Supreme and Federal Court Judges.
