On Wednesday, 27 January 2021, Their Excellencies General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) and Mrs Linda Hurley, travelled to the King Valley. There, as guests of Mr Frank Corsini, Owner, they met with staff of Corsini Industrial Control and Vinvicta Services.
Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, travelled to Cheshunt, where as guests of Mr Arnie Pizzini and Mrs Jo Pizzini, they met with staff at Chrismont Wines.
Later, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley travelled to Whitfield, where as guests of Mr Alfredo Pizzini and Mrs Katrina Pizzini, they attended a community lunch at Pizzini Wines.
In the afternoon, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley travelled to Moyhu and, as guests of Mr Bill Finnegan, met with members of the King Valley Community Men's Shed.
Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, as guests of Ms Jill Graham, visited the King Valley Learning Exchange Neighbourhood House and met with community members.
Later, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, travelled from Wangaratta, Victoria, returned to Government House.
