On Saturday 5 June 2021, Their Excellencies General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) and Mrs Linda Hurley farewelled Their Excellencies the Right Honourable Dame Patsy Reddy GNZM QSO, Governor-General of New Zealand and Sir David Gascoigne KNZM CBE.

In the evening, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley attended ‘Botticelli to Van Gogh: Masterpieces from the National Gallery, London’, followed by a Gala Dinner at the National Gallery of Australia.
