Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley met with Councillor Athina Pascoe-Bell, Mayor, City of Palmerston, via video conference.

Later, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley met with Councillor Krista Adams, Deputy Mayor, Brisbane City Council, via video conference.

Then, the Governor-General received a phone call from Mr John Azarias, Chairman, Lysicrates Foundation.

Afterwards, the Governor-General received a phone call from General Angus Campbell AO DSC, Chief of the Defence Force.
