Then, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley received a phone call from Mr Luke Driscoll, Service Coordinator, Australian Unity.

Afterwards, the Governor-General received a briefing from General Angus Campbell AO DSC, Chief of the Defence Force, via video conference.

Later, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley met with Councillor Gavin Baskett, Mayor, Winton Shire Council, via video conference.

Then, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley met with Matt Linnegar, Chief Executive, and Ms Andrea Hogg, Director, Australian Rural Leadership Foundation, via video conference.

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley met with Dr Maria Vozzo, Project Manager, and team members of Living Seawalls, via video conference.

In the evening, Mrs Hurley attended the Australian Military Wives Choir 2021 Virtual National Workshop.
