On Wednesday 20 October 2021, Their Excellencies General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) and Mrs Linda Hurley met with Dr Hugh Heggie PSM, Northern Territory Chief Health Officer, via video conference.

Afterwards, the Governor-General, as Patron, and Mrs Hurley, met with Mr David Vaux AM, Chairman, and Ms Kylie Strawbridge, General Manager, Learning For a Better World (LBW) Trust, via video conference.

Later, the Governor-General received Ms Caroline Millar, Head of Mission-Designate to Belgium, Luxembourg, the European Union and NATO.

Then, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley met with Ms Rosemary Kariuki-Fyfe, Multicultural Community Liaison Officer, and members of the NSW Police/African Women’s Group, via video conference.
