On Wednesday 3 November 2021, Their Excellencies General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) and Mrs Linda Hurley, as guests of Commissioner Dr Dominic Morgan ASM, Chief Executive NSW Ambulance, met with staff involved in COVID 19 response at the NSW Ambulance Control Centre in Eveleigh.

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, as guests of Councillor Khal Asfour, Mayor, Canterbury- Bankstown Council, met with staff and volunteers of Lighthouse Community Support in Punchbowl.

Later, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, as guests of Dr Jamal Rifi, General Practitioner, met with staff and patients at the Belmore Medical Centre.

Then, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, as guests of Ms Rosemary Kariuki-Fyfe, African Women's Group, met with members of the African Women's Group at the No 1 African Choice Shop in Bankstown.

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, as guests of Mr John Robertson, Chief Executive Officer, met with staff and volunteers of Foodbank NSW in Glendenning.
