On Tuesday 9 November 2021, Their Excellencies General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) and Mrs Linda Hurley hosted a morning tea for athletes and staff of Paralympics Australia.

Afterwards, the Governor-General received Mr Tim Reed, Chair, Business Council of Australia; and Mr Chris Hartley, Executive Director, Governor-General's Australian Future Leaders Program.

Later, the Governor-General received Mr Rob Marcolina, Group Executive of Strategy, People and Technology, Qantas; and Mr Chris Hartley, Executive Director, Governor-General's Australian Future Leaders
Program.

Then, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, as guests of Rear Admiral Mark Hammond AM RAN, Commander Australian Fleet, and Mrs Jodi Hammond, attended a dinner at Cliff House, Watsons Bay.
