On Wednesday 10 November 2021, Their Excellencies General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) and Mrs Linda Hurley, as guests of Dr Maria Vozzo, Project Manager, met with the Living Seawalls research team at the Sydney Institute of Marine Science.

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley travelled from Admiralty House, New South Wales, to Government House, Australian Capital Territory.
