On Friday 4 February 2022, Their Excellencies General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) and Mrs Linda Hurley, as guests of Ms Elizabeth Koff, Secretary, NSW Health, met with frontline staff at the NSW Health Vaccination Centre.

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley travelled from Sydney, New South Wales, to Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.

Later, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley recorded video messages for the Australian Bravery Association’s Service of Remembrance and the 2022 Winter Olympic Games.

Then, the Governor-General recorded video messages for Youth Insearch's End Youth Suicide Week and the Australian Institute of Project Management National Conference.
