On Friday 25 March 2022, His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) received a phone call from Ms Gabby Costigan MBE, Chief Executive Officer, BAE Systems Australia.

Afterwards, the Governor-General recorded a video message on their recent flood visits.

Later, the Governor-General and Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley, as guests of Professor Graham Durant AM, Director, attended the launch of Questacon's Curiosity Rover project and Volunteer's Lounge.

Then, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley hosted a lunch for Directors and Chairs of Canberra-based National Institutions.

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley met with His Excellency Mr Ratu Wiliame Maivalili Katonivere, President of Fiji, and Madam Filomena Katonivere, First Lady of Fiji, via video conference.

Later, the Governor-General received a phone call from Mr Shane Phillips, Chief Executive Officer, Tribal Warrior.

Then, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley travelled from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory to Goulburn, New South Wales.

In the evening, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, as guests of Councillor Peter Walker, Mayor of Goulburn, attended the Official Opening of the Goulburn Performing Arts Centre.

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley travelled from Goulburn, New South Wales to Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.
