On Saturday 14 October 2023, Their Excellencies General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), as Patron, and Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley, as guests of Ms Tanja Johnston, Founder, met with representatives of the Australian National Veterans Arts Museum, and visited the ANVAM Veterans Public Arts Trail, in Melbourne.

In the evening, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, as guests of Legatee Eric Easterbrook OAM, Chairman, attended the Legacy Australia Centenary Gala Dinner.
