Then, the Governor-General, as Patron, and Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley, met with members of the SchoolAid Kids Advisory Team.

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, as guests of Ms Michelle Endacott, Chief Executive, attended the ‘In Conversation with the Governor-General of Australia’ forum, as part of the Indo Pacific International Maritime Exposition 2023.

Later, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, as guests of the Royal Australian Navy, met with exhibitors and attendees at the Indo Pacific International Maritime Exposition 2023.

Then, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, travelled from Sydney, New South Wales, to Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.

In the afternoon, the Governor-General received a phone call from Mr Mick Gooda, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner.

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley received Ms Chiara Porro, Australian Ambassador to the Holy See.

Later, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley received the Most Reverend Archbishop Paul Gallagher, Foreign Minister, the Holy See.

In the evening, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley hosted a dinner for members of the Australian Bravery Council.
