On Tuesday 14 November 2023, His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) met with students from Dapto Public School, Horsely, New South Wales.

Then, the Governor-General and Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley hosted a morning tea for the International Building Quality Centre.

Afterwards, the Governor-General received Ms Megan Jones, Head of Mission–designate for the Laos People’s Democratic Republic.

In the afternoon, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley hosted a plastic-free picnic for Plastic Oceans Australasia.

In the evening, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley hosted a dinner for Rhodes Scholarships Australia.
