On Thursday 14 December 2023, Their Excellencies General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) and Mrs Linda Hurley, as guests of General Angus Campbell AO DSC, Chief of the Defence Force, attended the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) graduation parade.    

In the evening, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley hosted a reception for friends of Government House.
