On Friday 12 April 2024, His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), as Chancellor of the Order of Australia, and Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley, hosted an Investiture Ceremony for Order of Australia Honours, Conspicuous Service Decorations and Meritorious Service Awards.

Then, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley hosted a lunch for Dr Timothy White, Co-Founder, RESET.

In the evening, the Governor-General, as Chancellor of the Order of Australia, and Mrs Hurley, hosted a dinner for recently invested members of the Order of Australia.
