On Sunday 5 May 2024, His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) received Ms Julie-Anne Finney.

In the afternoon, the Governor-General and Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley hosted a lunch for family and close friends of Australian Defence Force members killed during – or because of their service to – Operation Slipper and other contemporary conflicts.

Then, the Governor-General received Ms Vicki Pearce.

In the evening, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, as guests of Dr Daniel Nour, Founder, met with staff and clients of Street Side Medics Parramatta Clinic.
