On Thursday 7 November 2024, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, received the Honourable Anthony Albanese MP, Prime Minister of Australia. 

Then, the Governor-General presided a meeting of the Federal Executive Council. 

Afterwards, the Governor-General hosted a morning tea for Legacy Widows.  

Later, the Governor-General received Mr Richard Rodgers, Ambassador to Croatia and Kosovo. 

In the afternoon, the Governor-General received Ms Melissa Smith, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, She Gives, and Ms Rachel Tolosapaz, Head of Research, Noble Ambition.  

Then, the Governor-General hosted an afternoon tea for Legacy Widows.
