On Tuesday 15 April 2025, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, received Dr Richard Colbran, Chief Executive Officer, and Dr Lauren Cone, Deputy Chair, of the Rural Doctors Network.  

Then, the Governor-General received Jarin Ingram Baigent, Chief Executive Officer, and Elders from Wyanga Aboriginal Aged Care. 

Afterwards, the Governor-General travelled from Sydney, New South Wales, to Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.  

Then, the Governor-General received His Excellency Mr Hani Mohamed Nagi Abdelhamid, Ambassador of Egypt. 

Later, the Governor-General hosted an event for Scouts Australia and was invested as Chief Scout of Australia.
