On Tuesday 29 May 2018 the Governor-General, His Excellency General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd) presided at a meeting of the Federal Executive Council.

Earlier, the Governor-General met with students from Prince of Peace Lutheran College, QLD, and Hills Christian School, SA, as they undertook a tour of Government House as part of their visit to Canberra.
