Government House Open Day - postponed

The Government House Open Day scheduled for 5 April has been postponed

An Open Day will be held in spring – follow this page for details about the timing.

The decision was made following a routine assessment of conditions on the grounds – these assessments are undertaken in advance of Open Days to ensure the safety of guests. 

The assessment identified trees which, following high-winds and recent conditions, require remediation works. These remediation works are not able to be completed ahead of the planned Open Day.
