The Governor-General and Mr Michael Bryce travelled by bullet train to Tianjin, China.
At the Tianjin Arts Museum, Their Excellencies, as guests of the Director, Mr Chen Zhuo, and the Director of the Warburton Arts Project, Mr Gary Proctor, viewed and officially launched the Indigenous exhibition ‘Our Land, Our Body.’
At the National Palace Museum, Forbidden City, Beijing, the Governor-General and Mr Bryce viewed the painting and ceramic gallery in the Hall of Martial Valour.
In the evening, at the Capital M Restaurant, the Governor-General and Mr Bryce hosted a reception for Australian and Chinese alumni.
