Australian Defence Medal
The Australian Defence Medal recognises the service of Australian Defence Force personnel who have rendered efficient service since the end of World War II. |
The Australian Defence Medal was instituted in recognition of Australian Defence Force personnel who have either completed an initial enlistment period or served for a minimum of four years. Qualifying service must have been completed after 3 September 1945.
