On Tuesday 13 July 2010, at the Canberra Club, Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, as guest of the incoming District Governor Mr Robert Woolley, addressed a meeting of the Rotary Club of Canberra City.

- Opening of the Science, Engineering and Architecture Building, Griffith University Gold Coast Campus.

On Friday 9 July 2010, at Griffith University, Gold Coast, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, as guests of the Chancellor, Ms Leneen Forde AC, attended a ceremony at which the Governor-General officially opened the Science, Engineering and Architecture building.

On Thursday 8 July 2010, at Admiralty House, Sydney, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC presided at a meeting of the Federal Executive Council. Afterwards, the Governor-General received Chief Executive Officer of BeyondWater, Ms Sharon Crean.

On Wednesday 7 July 2010, at Admiralty House, Sydney, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC received a farewell call from the Ambassador of Japan, His Excellency Mr Takaaki Kojima.

On Sunday 4 July 2010, at the Domain, Sydney, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC, as Patron-in-Chief, and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE attended the National Reserve Forces Day parade, at which the Governor-General reviewed the parade, and Mr Bryce led the Air Force contingents.

On Saturday 3 July 2010, at The University of Queensland, Brisbane, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE attended a ceremony at which the Governor-General unveiled the badges of the Queensland University Regiment and Queensland University Squadron, as part of The University of Queensland’s Centenary Alumn

- 20th Anniversary of the Australian Festival of Chamber Music.

On Friday 2 July 2010, at Hammondville, NSW, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC met with Mrs Hazel Hawke. Later, at Admiralty House, Sydney, the Governor-General and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE hosted a reception to mark the 20th Anniversary of the Australian Festival of Chamber Music.

On Thursday 1 July 2010, at the Peninsula, Melbourne, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC officially opened the Australia Unlimited 2010 Summit. In the afternoon, at Martin Place, Sydney, Mr Michael Bryce AM AE attended the Tartan Day ceremony.
