On Tuesday 14 June 2011, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC, received the President of the Australian Reproductive Health Alliance, Ms Susan Stratigos.

Afterwards, the Governor-General received the Chief Executive Officer of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Healing Foundation, Mr Richard Weston, and the Program Director, Ms Lisa Hillan.

Later, at the University of Canberra, Mr Michael Bryce AM AE attended the 2011 University of Canberra Adjuncts Function.

On Sunday 5 June 2011, in Conzano, Italy, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE as guests of the Mayor of Conzano, Mr Emanuele Demaria, attended a community welcome function.

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mr Bryce, accompanied by the Mayor of Conzano, unveiled a plaque in memory of Giuseppe Cantamessa who emigrated from Conzano to Ingham in 1907 and made a significant contribution to Australian society.
